October 17, 2009 was a big day for our newest affiliate and ORA USA. All roads led to the City of Brotherly Love where Orlu Regional Association was formally embraced and accepted as a member of the family. While there the president Chief Chris Onwuzurike used the opportunity to hand over the flag to our Summer 2010 ORA Convnetion hosts, New York's OCUFE led by Chief Hyacinth Oboh.
